PROJECT REVIEW AND ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE (PRAC)

Queen Folake a remarkable figure was born on October 4, 1964, and sadly, passed away on February 14, 2024
She left an indelible mark on academia and beyond. Not only was she a distinguished member of the OLAMIOSA Board of Trustees and the immediate past Vice Chairman of the Oyo State Chapter, she also held the prestigious position of Chairman of OLAMIOSA’s PRAC.
TERMS OF REFERENCE OF THE PROJECT REVIEW AND ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE (PRAC)
- Engage with the management and PTA of the 2 Schools, and come up with a framework for accountability and maintenance of the projects, assets and investments made to the schools by old students whether under the auspices of OLAMIOSA or not.
- Engage with the management and PTA of the 2 Schools, and come up with an effective reporting system to OLAMIOSA by either the management or the PTA capturing all projects that any old student of the Schools wishes to implement, whether under the auspices of OLAMIOSA or not.
- Make recommendations for the establishment of rewards and sanctions as consequences and penalties for any theft or damage to assets and projects by any student or other persons
- Find out if the schools have Boards and how OLAMIOSA can be represented (pursuant to Article 7.5. 7 (C) of the Bye laws)
- Make recommendations about urgent projects that need to be undertaken or refurbished etc;
- Make recommendations for the establishment of operational procedure for monitoring, maintenance and sustainability of the projects/assets donated to the schools;
- Submit a formal report to NEC through the National President in the format prescribed by the General Secretary within 2 weeks of establishment of PRAC. (See report template provided by the General Secretary)
